The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove all packaging before cooking.
Oven cooks at 190° C/Fan 170° C/Gas 5 for 35 minutes. Before cooking pre-heat oven, remove all packaging. Place meat on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Turn halfway through cooking.
Ensure food is piping hot, cooked throughout, juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving.
Do not reheat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Packed in a protective atmosphere.
Safety: Keep raw meat away from cooked food. Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after contact with raw meat.
Storage instructions: Please see front of pack to check if this product is suitable for home freezing.
If pack states "Not Suitable for home freezing": Keep refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C. Once opened use within 24 hours and by the 'use by' date, and cook as above.
If pack states "Suitable for home freezing": Freeze as soon as possible after purchase, and always before the 'use by' date. To defrost the product prior to use, place in a refrigerator until thoroughly defrosted, do not defrost in a microwave. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Then cook from a chilled state as per cooking instructions above.
